Mixed art-form programme advice and design, models and financial frameworks combined with revenue / audience projections in the context of venue, location, socio-demographic profiles. 

Creation of robust marketing strategies that support core aims and realistic delivery plans underpinned by market research, audience data and peer review / best practice.
